i'm tryin to put a turbo into my 03 eclipse gs. i don't know much about turbo's, any help here would be helpful.
and also, i'm tryin to find a raceing chip or a ecu that would work in my car, i was told that there isn't much i can do to the computer, does anyone know anythin about that?

 

The JET chip is avaiable but that should be the last thing you do to your car because the Chip will be modified to what you have done to the car currently. If you mod your ECU and then add another performance mod you kind of null what you did to the ECU.

Also when you mean by turbo. Are you looking for a custom set up or are you looking for the whole deal?

you can put a turbo. but that is deffinately not under the list of suggested mods. Im not completely sure if the gs engine/drivetrain could withstand much of a turbo. I dont know much about the 3g cars, but be careful if you dont know much about turbos. If you really dont take everything into account, it is a real good way to blow a motor. If you do a good job though, it would be a real speedy car. Let us know what u decide.

 

Ok there are a few companies out there that do make turbo kits for are car. I know this for a fact because one of my friends is having it done right now to his car.

But you also have the opition of going with a supercharger as well it is a little less expensive then the turbo. But if you want more info on both IM me and I will give you the websites to both companies who put out a turbo kits and a supercharger kit for the car.

The turbo kit is the best way to go if you have a GS model. If you have the GT or GTS then go with the Supercharger.
