A bad TPS can cause a code for the MAF, ive had it happen when mine came unplugged. Dont trust the morons at autozone, most shops will obviously tell you you need to replace it to get your money. Reset the ECU and then see what code shows up first. I would start with just the TPS and make sure its plugged in all the way. Mine was unhooked and it wanted to **** out over 3,000 rpm.[sm=smiley11.gif]

Is your MAF and TPS plugged in? Lol. Yes, MAF issues will cause your 'puter to receive incorrect info, so it's possible that those it's causing your rev issue. Think about it, the MAF tells the 'puter how much air it's receiving. Do you still have your honeycombs in them? The TPS shouldn't cause rev issues unless, you're at idle. Mine is completely removed and even with the TPS turned back on, I can go the gambit with the RPMs.
I 3rd the BLT. This will also cause "bogging".

Took car to a shop and found out that it was the front 02 sensor that went bad. They say that causemy car to run super rich sometime and other time it run super lean. I didnt know that the 02 sensor can cause the car to blog out.Got that replace and car does not blog out at 3kno more.
