My temp meter is always 3/4 to the way up, and I have a 3' exhaust too. The car came w/ the exhaust and the temp gauge has been like that since I bought it. I replaced the thermostat and I drove the car all summer and I havent had any problems yet. I still wonder why the car always runs hot though.

i dont think it has anyting to do with running hot. I think its just the sensor itself. As long as you experiance no problems... then there is nothing wrong

well when i turn the heater on full blast, it takes away some of the heat, but itll go back up after a while, so it must be hot. I think its running lean probably so ill check into that today

it dosnt take any of the heat... the only reason it lowers it is becasue it turns on the second fan on the radiator.

Dude there is nothing wrong with ur car.

I have a 3" Tsude turbo exhaust and I have been running hot. So hot that my fan for my AC fan melted. I have exhaust wrap on it and the manifold glows even when I don't boost. Hoever my temp guage is always a hair under half way.
