New Headlights! help please!
Hey guys! rolo here agian! sorry i havent been on for a bit. Been busy for a month.. alright! anyways i just got my new headlights in for my RS and there halo lights!! im excited to put them in! but the only thing is! i dont know how to take off my Old Headlights. i need instructions how to take em off carefully without breaking anything =D any info about my headlights will help!!
--things im getting for my RS -Torque Damper -Strut Bars -Suspensions -New Deck -Amp Trying to make my ride smoother than before, and have me and my gf ride away! (Note) i wish i can buy all of these all at the same time!! but i can tell you what im getting next which is Strut Bars!! Lol sorry for going of topic! but im just freakin excited for these headlights! xD -rolo |

Oh! and as for Pictures!! i will have them soon! a before and after pic too of my car with old headlights and new headlights!!

i believe there are between 4-5 10mm bolts... maybe 6 lol... just unscrew 'em and the headlights should pop right out. There are at least 1 under the bumper that can be a pain to get too, if you can take the bumper off then it would be a snap to swap out the headlights... and to answer a future question for ya, just splice the halo wires into ur parking lights (corner lights)

damn, halo lights are pretty nice, and that red really gets your attention lol..i would tell you how to remove the lights but sk8 got to it first

yea just look at your new headlights and see where they would bolt up... it's pretty self-explanatory too

step by step bumper removal with pics. great site too - you just gottafigure out how to get back to his homepage. the guy did led tails with working, scrollingmarquee, check that out - several vids on them and pics on what he used and how he did it. also, googled "eclipse bumper removal" and that was #1 spot. just for reference. anywho, goodluck on it. edit: http://www.rcaz.com/default_automotive.htm there's the link to all his auto related stuff. |
