Default Newb question - BCS

BCS:
Remove the BCS restrictor. This will allow you to up the boost 1-2psi without problems.

Where is this at and how would i do this?
Thanks

Ok, so i just finished doing this, i took out the bcs restrictor and also put holes in my stock airbox for the free upgrades.
So after doing this my car actually seems to be boosting less, so so says the stock boost gauge. Umm any idea's on whats going on?
And a side question, should i take off the snorkle/ram air hose going to the airbox? or would that hinder performance

Help please

the stock boost gauge is useless and you should invest in an aftermarket one.

Make sure u did it right. Thats weird. You dont feel it more powerful. Its not a BIG gain, so its not gonna make u sink into your seat. You should be able to feel the difference though. Its not that much, but its something. Make sure you did it right. Try this one: (helps out with pictures)

So i just cut my dump tube back, and took my car out for a drive, and now i hear a really high pitch Whine, definitly my turbo, just A lot louder... maybe sort of like a air tool. anything i should worry about or am i just being over cautious?
