Do i have to take off the turbo in order to clean it? Or can I just spray the carb cleaner into the turbo?

LOL it sounds like a sonar. Um... i believe thats normal. Can you have someone put there hand by the bov to tell if its letting out air or not? If it lets out air then its ok.

So do I have to take off the turbo in order to clean it? Or can i leave it in there and then spray it?

Also, about that valve breather. I went to Advance Auto Parts and the ones they have in stock are too big. They easily slide onto the nipple of the valve cover. Do you guys know the size the breather has to be?

u can take it off and spray it or leave it on... as long as you can get your hand in there to wipe it off you sould be ok.

Um... if you want you can change the BOV

haha hell no... tial is the best.... no point in changing it if i'm just gonna have to change back when I start boosting at 50 PSI.... haha seriously though... I don't want to have to shell out for a new BOV and then pay someone to weld a new bung on my UICP..

As far as the valve cover breather... Like sebba said... just get an oil catch can... You can use that advance breather as long as you tighten the clamp enough... the only problem is... oil starts to leak through the filter and you make a mess of your engine bay... hence the oil catch can

^^ yep thats right.

Well as long as the BOV is acutlaly opening and you can feel air comeing out of it then you know its ok. If there is no air comeing out then you have a problem. Where did you get the BOV?
