Paint
Hey everyone,,
first off....sorry for dropping off the face of the earth there for a few months. I got a new job!!!! $30.00/hr so i've been busy.
Second..Here is a question i've noticed hasent been addressed a lot in these forums. Is it possible to do a nice job painting your own car or would it be more effective and possibly cheaper to have it done, and if it is the latter is there a list of paint shops for the US? Cause I sure as hell cant find one and im having trouble finding places near Cleveland,Ohio that will do custom paint work for less than 3K(<<Rip)
I just ordered all the components for my carpc project. including an 8.5inch touchscreen lcd. I'll have pics for everyone asap
Nice to be back

RE: Paint
As a novice who's never painted a car I seriously doubt it unless you have assistance from an experienced painter. I assisted my brother painting his Tercel and it came out okay but you could tell it was a home job. My dad is paining his 1970 Plymouth Duster with the assistance of a professional and it's coming out really well.
