Default paint scrape

the previous owner hit something green and now theres a few green paint scrapes on the front left bumper. any suggestions on how to get it out. i have some stuff in an orange body that suppose to get rid of crap off your car, but says it needs to come to a 'haze' and then rub it off. would i need a buffer to get it off?

yea you might need to wet-sand with a really fine grit, like 1500 or higher on that spot and buff with some good wax
