Power Slot Brake Rotor

Hi everyone, this is my 1st post, I just bought a 96 eclipse sypder gs a few weeks ago and have been browsing the board ever since. I took my car up too get looked at when i bought it and i was told my rotors are a little warped. when i 1st apply my brakes the front end shakes a little bit but not to bad. so i was searchng ebay for some rotors and pads and came across this post on craigslist and was wondering if anyone knows if these rotors will fir on my spyder and if so are they any good. Also which brake pads would you recommend with them? thanks again

I am not sure if they will fit, but I have power slot rotors all the way around and HAWK ceramic pads and I love them, and I am hard on brakes.

you may not need to get new rotors, if theyre not that bed, then you can just get them resurfaced. that will take care of the warpage and save you some $$$

ya the guy said there is not enough material to resurface. im gonna get a 2nd opinion on that. I think they just wanted to try to sell me a $500 brake job..

brake rotors are not hard to do yourself, just take off the calipers, which requires removing 2 bolts each, then the calipers should just pull right off, if they dont, give them a few good whacks with a rubbar mallet, then put the new ones on, and put the stuff back together

I buy a alot of things off ebay, but my advise is stay away from ebay brakes. I tried it once. I ordered Brembo fronts and rears for my 3000gt they had them pictured and such. They tried to send me some made in Taiwan sh%$. More like bImbos. I had to file a dispute with Paypal and go through all that mess just to get my purchase price back. I did not get their shipping backa and I had to pay to ship them back.

i agree, dont cheap out on them. Get them from a reputable place online or at a parts store.
