You'd want to get large injectors (780CC+), large Wally high pressure fuel pump (255hp), aftermarket forged internals (rod, pistons), probably want to get lower CR pistons, lifters, springs, valves, Greddy timing belt (or some high strength belt), you can also cryo dip parts, not to mention things outside of the motor like an aftermarket clutch to handle the power, have a couple spair xfercases, axles, LSD (FWD), 4 spider diff(AWD)....
That's all I can thing of right now.

Damn you know what your talking bout lol. What if i sent my current turbo to Forced Performance and had it conveted to a big 28. what do you think would have to be done? I could not find a HP or PSI on it ( seeing as i dont have a BC i can controll the boost) but a fully weighted GSX runs 11.82 at 119 if that helps any because i think i am going to ship it out and have it done lol

sounds good to me. you might also want a strocker kit to help spool the turbo up in time before you hit like 5500

...and 264 or 272 cams too, that'll help get the turbo to spool faster also and I forgot about an engine management tool.

BlackMurcielago,
The FPB28 runs good at 21-22psi. I'm going to see what it does and how hot the intake temps get as I go up to 23psi after I get an EGT gauge. I don't remember the HP numbers on it though. I'll get a dyno run done after the holidays. I'm curious to see what it'll do in an AWD myself.
You can run the stock fuel and stock BC at stock psi with the big28, but it won't shine until you get fuel upgrades. Even the stock smic is fine for a few hard runs before heatsoak, but will run better with an fmic and i/c piping...trust me

im stickin with the 2.0l motor. and whats the advantage of going 272/272 over the 264/272 combo. and the AME EMS is 2300 installed and tuned at buschur. woooo hoooooo. and how much estimated AWHP do you think i would have with a 35r at 30psi on 94 octane.

Most that I've read about like the idle of the 264/272 combo over the 272/272 combo and then you have to really research the brand some have a harder lope than others.

As for brands of fmic, I am going to have to say to research that because there are a lot of brands that offer the same quality but are less in pricing. I have an Extreme Turbo Systems fmic and tubing and it's been good to me and others too. Pricing was fair IMO. Less than $800 shipped and fitment was dead on.....even for an Avenger fascia. In the end, it all depends on what you want. Do you care to loose the fogs, if you have them? Do you want to modify the front end any or do you want a "plug and play"? Of course there's pricing too.
