Also I was wondering if there is a huge difference between the SAFC and the new neo

the difference is just the options you get, my car came with a safc and it s*** the bed so i upgraded to the neo. and to tell ya the truth there's not too much of a difference. on the neo there's a million and one things you can do as to to safc the options are limited and here is where you can buy it http://www.boomslang.us/safc.htm
and nit gunna lie i was gunna buy one myself, but once i saw how easy it was to install i said the hell with it and did it without one and saved sum $$$

There are installation instructions all over the web. Either on RRE or VFAQ or on the actual APEXiUSA website has it as well. Extremely easy to install. The best way to know which wires is to go to VFAQ under electrical and go to the ECU pinouts. Then use the APEXi instructions which tell you which wires go to which on the ECU. If you can splice then you can install this

Yeah those are good sites. But when I got my afc neo it came with the pinouts, and a diagram of which wires go where. And its not that complicated at all its like 6 or 7 wires u gotta splice in

Yea the hardesest one sometimes to splice in is the air flow sensor wire because you actually have to cut it and resplice with two separate wires and sometimes if you dont have enough length or strip it bad you might have trouble getting enough wire to make an easy connection.
