Side mirror installation
 

Had my 98 GS Spyder vandalized and I recently got the new mirror in the mail. Any helpful tricks on how to put it on? I know there are 3 screws for the new one (and the old 3 are still on). Am I just taking off the screws from the outside or is there any other work on the inside? It's a manual window on the driver's side.
