well i have a 95 gst.. with a rebuilt engine.. and it had about 100k before i rebuilt it.. so when i get on it hard, it smokes (dark gray) when i shift but only when i shift.. what is it??? the turbo seals??? just an old turbo and need to be rebuilt???

it happens once in a while, just be happy its not white smoke.

Means coolant... usually that means headgasket

**** guys my car is starting to smoke but only when i hit the gas and alittle bit after that but it stop until i hit the gas again any thoughts

Coolant gettin into the combustion chamber... your lookin at a head gasket bro. Take a look under your oil cap and see if you see white ****.

put on a good head gasket if you need to replace it, put some good head studs etc etc.
