some wierd sound either in the block or the head..
well i'm new to the eclipse engines and i got a 99 eclipse gs like 3 days ago and now having problems with it i'm sure they were there when the car was sold to me! so when i start the car, there is this extra rumbling sound that the engine makes which is either in the head or the block. I hope its nothing serious. any ideas of what it could be?

RE: some wierd sound either in the block or the head..
today i worked on the car, and actually the clutching sound neither came from the head nor the block.
It's in the tranny. lol . so when i start the car, rumbling sound starts and when i press the clutch pedal, it simply goes away, but when i release it, it starts again. I tried releasing the pedal slowly and when i do, there is no rumbling. any idea what it is? im guessing it might be the clutch disk...
