I know why it is. Its because of humidity stoping the electric current going from the plug wires correctly. If you look very closely you may even be able to see it arcing. One woman on here before had this problem. I still dont know how she fixed it. But if you find where it is arcing then my recomendation would be to spray it with some kind of synthetic spray to repell any kind of moisture. Hope that helps!

Electrical contact silicone, wd40, or crc 656 dry lubercant will inhibit moisture. That cel is a clue to the cause. when you key up the motor that light comes on to show that the ecu is getting power. So you have a short some where but it lies with the power for the ecu. Check all of your leads for cracked wires or bad grounds.
