your tires could be faulty

if your sidewall on one of your tires is faulty, it can flex more then the other sidewall and cause the car to drift in a certain direction. it would explain why it just started after you put on your new rims/tires

it could make them wear really fast and possibly make them blow out on you. (very dangerous) some wheel balancers have a setting that you can measure sidewall stiffness. id take it to a shop and see if they can test them

Are your tires all season, winter, or summer radials? Check to be sure that the wheels face the correct direction. Check for an arrow.
One more thing, if you got it aligned and it's still doing pulling, take it back and have the shop give you and idea of what the issue may be.
