Default Stroker Kit

Ok here's another couple of questions that may sound stupid. What does a stroker kit do exactly? What kind of performance increase does it give? Is it worth the money? I was looking at the kit from Brian Crower and I know its a good kit but I just need to know exactly what its gonna do for me.

and to answer your question, what it will gain you is alittle more HP but the biggest gain youll find is a faster spoolup as well. However for the power that you are looking at, and the turbo you would most likely be using, i dont see it as being worth the money

Its all good. The only stupid questions, are ones about bodykits, and questions that have been asked a million times. So your good : )

There is no actualpower benefit from the stroker kit. Where it becomes beneficial is helping with turbo spool. Beings thereare more exhaust gases, itspools the turbo at lower RPMs = less turbo lag and better response. With you running a slightly larger than average turbo, its a good idea.

i still say that the 20g spools fast enough. Its unnecessary. Better to spend the money elsewhere

But if he has the cash i still recomend doing it. I mean... the built 2.0 is close to the price of the built 2.3
