Your computers are in the engine bay right behind the intake box Grim. There is a computer under the passenger floor board but that's the ABS computer I believe.

I think the 4g63 motored 2Gs are behind the glovebox, but the 420a motors are in the engine bay.

Here's 97dsmbishi's

See his computer by the driver's strut tower? His looks to be a manual, so it's seems he only has the ECU or PCU.

I take it you have an auto then, correct? The TCU should be in the same area, do you see that blank space right in front of the ECU? That's where the TCU goes.

Update...
Your TCM is located behind the radio, most likely on the transmission hump like my ECU is.
Your ECU/PCM is what's in the engine bay, TCM, is behind the radio.
Why do you want to get to the TCM again?

Only 95s had the TCU next to the ECU. Note that the TCU is the transmission control unit and is for autos and not manuals...for those that didn't know.

Another thing to note, DO NOT REMOVE THE TCU FROM IT'S ENVIRONMENT!!!, unless you want to take the chance of shocking it with static electricity (that's one issue) and if you're lucky enough to not have killed components of the TCU, you will reset the TCU and it will need to "learn" how you drive again to get the shifting right (according to your driving style).
