Your TCM is located behind the radio, most likely on the transmission hump like my ECU is.
Your ECU/PCM is what's in the engine bay, TCM, is behind the radio.
Why do you want to get to the TCM again?
Only 95s had the TCU next to the ECU. Note that the TCU is the transmission control unit and is for autos and not manuals...for those that didn't know.

Another thing to note, DO NOT REMOVE THE TCU FROM IT'S ENVIRONMENT!!!, unless you want to take the chance of shocking it with static electricity (that's one issue) and if you're lucky enough to not have killed components of the TCU, you will reset the TCU and it will need to "learn" how you drive again to get the shifting right (according to your driving style).
