hey guys, just bought a 96 rs eclipse with a blown rod. now i had plans on swaping a gst engine in there then i read into and decided ha yea thats not a project that i wanna finish when im 90, soo i decided just to beef up the 420a. now im just getting out of the army and i have quite a bit of cash to put on this car and im looking to push about 10-15 psi. i read the "how to builad a track terror 420a" and went through the stages, i got a really good price for parts to rebuild the top and bottom ends, now how much do u think it would cost to have a mechanic do it? that also includes doing the timing belt w/bearing, water pump, and oil pump. yea yea yea i know i should buy a gst but i like projects once i were to get the engine back from the shop i would do the rest my self turbo and other mods that im capable of doing, just not the machine stuff as far as valves go , that and s*** bought the eclipse with a great body for 600 and came with the crap motor.

if i had to guess id say somewhere from 1k-2k but closer to the 2k number
