Default tuning.. GSX???

ok, so... we all know the gsx is tuned for a turbo... but what happens when you upgrade the old turbo to a larger more powerful turbo?... should you retune the gsx? if sooo... do you need a new system.. or can you just take it to a tuning shop and they will do it for you?

so i guess what im asking, is the stock gsx capable of being tuned for a larger turbo?

thanks

If you upgrade your turbo your gonna need supporting mods like fuel, intakeand exhaust. They are many different tuning devices cheapest being an apexi safc.

You don't always need to do fuel mods.

Now, if you want to run more boost with that bigger turbo, then you will need fuel mods, and something to tune with.

If you are going for bigger than a 16g, then I say get DSMLink.

More volume of air = more power.

exactly, its not just psi that you had to add fuel for sebba, its cfm too. if you run a bigger turbo without upgrading fuel, even if your running the same boost, its gonna run lean

No ****??? The stock fuel system can handle a little more fuel. You can run a 16g at 12psi just fine.

Yes it can but your not getting what we are saying why spend $$$ on a turbo when your not able to crank the boost up. Its pointless imo.

Id say get a DSM link (Not needed completely for this turbo, but comes in handy...best tuning system for a dsm. if your buying a tuning device might as well go with this) with some new injectors and a fuel pump. I think that should be good for a 16g if that's what your going to be running, anything bigger you'll want to upgrade more, but what is it your going to run? and if I made a mistake please correct me.
