Hey so im very new to Eclipses i have a 97 Eclipse spyder GST So last night i started dumping smoke and my turbo wouldnt spool past half pressure... i pulled into my friends place about a mile from where i was and today we noticed the valve cover was cracked and there was oil on a spark plug. bought and changed gaskets and valve cover. car is no longer leaking into plugs but it IS still dumping oil and the turbo is still not spooling... i hear this could be an issue with the turbo maybe it went out? or possibly valve seals? but if its valve seals why wont the turbo spool? im open to ANY help or ideas at all.... i have a friend who will sell me his turbo cheap so if its that or if theres a good chance its that i will buy it just need some advice!!!
