What did you do to your Eclipse today? Whether you washed it or fixed something or changed something, post it here.

I should be getting a camera soon so I can post some pics. I'm doing a good bit of work right now. Would be awesome to post some pics up here.

looked at it in disgust then got online and tried to find parts for it. Then realized I have no money. So, basically... nothing. I'll post pictures of the engine swap though

Well I have a 1g but I rebult my throttle body and it was lot easier then I expected.

i'm swapping the 7 bolt for a 4g63/64 2.5-2.6L hybrid. Shouldn't have any issues other than having the money to purchase all the random gaskets, 1g intake manifold, and dsmlink for the 1000cc injectors. There's a car show/drag day coming up this weekend so I have a few things to do to get it ready for the track/show. Theres never enough time in a day though

changed the valve cover i broke when i changed the gasket the first time.

Breaking anything is terrible! The smallest things can be the biggest problems. Did you just buy a new valve cover or what?

Your gonna use the stock 1g mani? Why not get a smim?

haha i'm sorry i wrote it wrong. I'm gonna get a beyond redline manifold for it, unless i can get someone to trade me a 1g smim for my 2g magnus smim. If not I'll just have to buy a new one and try to sell the magnus. I'm looking at kiggly springs, 3g lifters, and i'm going to swap my comp101200 cams into the head, so i'll be able to sell the BC 272's as well.

Yeah i replaced it after two weeks with a new one from eBay. i couldn't afford a new one so i put RTV on the cracks to hold it....or at least try to. Still got oil everywhere and made a mess. i didn't know it made a hole until i took it off.
