Default WHAT KIND OF OIL

What brand of oil should i use on my eclipse it has 89000 miles on it, and what wieght?

i use 10w-30 in my gsx.

Go with the manufacturer's recommended oil weight and I myself use either Valvoline or Mobile oils.

I have used Mobil 1 fully synthetic since synthetics were readily available for the public and never had a problem. This is my 3rd DSM (2 1g and not my 2g), but this is the first one I am doing mods on.

I use Mobil 1 10w-30 in my '03 gt, no problems.

5w30 Mobil 1 Full Synthetic. it really depends on where you live(the climate) to decide between 5w30 and 10w30

Performance = Synthetic...just what I heard here....I went from common oil to synth, and I can tell it runs smoother

synthetic is a good idea on any 2g turbo car because of the problems it can experience.
