whats the difference between the gs-t's

ok i just want to know whats the difference between all the gs-t ( 1995,1996,1997,1998,1999) like i was searching on auto trader and i found an 1998 gs-t for like 8,000 and then i found a 1995 gs-t for like 5,000 with lower miles...i know theres a difference in years but whats the main difference? performance or anything...

nothing is different between those years. the reason the '95 is cheaper is because is the 3 years old. older cars are cheaper

so there is no difference? besides how they look...what do you think about the 95 gs-t do you suggest it'? i wanted a 1998 but its more expensive =/

like he said only thing differant is the front and rear bumper. everthign else is the same. so if u want a gst and can only afford a 95 that is fine.

ok cool thanks guys!! this is of subject but! i have a 98 rs...they are selling me a gs-t engine....is the swap worth it? does it even fit? or should i gust buy a gs-t?

they sellign just morot than you better plan on spending about 5k more you need tranny whold harness ecu master frabicator to just attempt it.

well the guy wouldsell me the engine and everything else i need ( everything else i ask for) so what do you think should i just sell my car and buy a gs-t what would be cheaper

I would just buy a gst rather than trying a swap. Oh and i forgot to mention uper motor and lower tranny mounts will have to be moved the 4g63 "gst" motor sits 180 deg differance from a 420a GS/RS

i believe its been shown also that crankwalk has occured more on the older years 95-96 than the newer one's. This would also be something to check out in the car. Also the mileage plays a big deal. Remeber you get what you pay for. What are the mileages for each car?
