Where to install manual boost controller

Uh...yeah...where does a manual boost controller get put in?

also. If you had a 95 talon tsi awd that was completely stock, and 264 dollars, what would you buy for it.;)

How would I set the MBC? Just guess and check with an aftermarket boost gauge?... Just drive around, and if I see it go above where I want it, stop and lower the setting?

you got it... when you hit full boost be redy to back out of the gas incase it is to high. keep going till it is where you want it.

Keep in mind weather will change it. for example in low 70s high 60 degrees I hit 21 PSI in lower temps that that I hit fuel cut and need to lower my boost. and hotter than that ill hit only like 18-19 PSI.

If I set it to like 15 PSI, and I do accidently go too high on the boost for a second or two, will that harm the fuel system?

you might hit fuel cut which will feel like you hit another car or something I always think I blow my motor when I hit it thats how it feels but it is a fail safe to keep you from blowing your motor. Just dont run do it alot lol if you hit it stop and lower the boost or dont floor it.

BTW always check it in 3rd gear that is the gear you will get the best read from and you will hit Fuel cut the easiest in so if your good in 3rd chances are youll be good all around

Well if it starts getting too high then just let off before hand....like say your trying to get 15psi. As soon as it gets over that let off and turn it down a bit.
