01 Spyder weather stripping

It's leaking pretty bad with all this rain we have been having lately so I had some questions about what can be done about it. It's only leaking from the area where the side window and little rear side window meet (the little split area).

I consulted the dealer first...cost to replace $1300..F-THAT!!!!

1) Has anyone replaced this themselves and was it difficult?
2) I can't find a part number on the weather stripping to search for it on-line, anyone have a part number and/or a place to get it from BESIDES the dealer?
3) Any other possible fix suggestions besides total replacement?

I appreciate any insight all of you have

Have you tried adjusting the glass? Its possible to adjust the glass to provide more pressure on the weatherstrips.
Or...replacing the weatherstrips.

How do you adjust the glass?

I assume that it's the weatherstrips only because it's doing the same thing on both driver and passenger side in the same exact place. I say this because it would be very percular if it was the glass pressure on both sides, but who knows maybe possibly.
