If you do mean interior Panels I suggest using a High-Temp resistant paint.
The correct way to do it is well if your doing a different color. Get some 220 Wetsand Paper (let soak for 5-15mins) from your local Kragen or Autozone,etc...There will be deep scratches Do not worry the Primer will fill it in.
Primer+Paint can be Rattle can as long as its High-Temp reistant. Dont forget when you do spray the interior make sure its in a dust free area, that is very warm,Heating up the primer,paint,and clearcoat will help harden it at a faster rate.
Now for the interior metal end Epoxy primer is good for that.

Well whatever works,On the interior Refrab I usually do on customer cars I use High Temp For assurance it wont smear after being sprayed.I only say use HighTemp paint because if your car is like mine,Well then its a rolling heatbox

actually mike "I" did my tiburon as well...remember. I wasnt refering to your 3g. I know you did most of the work on that. And yea we were pretty rice, you should have seen my Tib. I think ive actually posted pics once before

yea lol. BUT atleast I fully intended on making my car fast. I had all the turbo parts except the plumbing. I just had to get out of that car because it kept blowing up

Yea your tib cant count to much that dash is easy. the 3G dash is way harder to do that just spray and let dry
