2002 mitsubishi eclipse spider
Am planning to buy 2002 Mitsubishi eclipse spider from towing yard and they don't have the original key they had made one but the car wont fire up, it just crank. Can I buy it and get the dealer make the key to match the car code?

You can always buy a new ignition lock cylinder and get the new key that belongs to it.
