2003 eclipse gts

RE: 2003 eclipse gts
Prevailing opinion and my own experience seems to suggest there are a limited number of things you can do in terms of "bolt on" perfomance enhancements:
1) Cat Back Exhaust (Magnaflow, Spyder, Borla, Injen)
2) Cold Air Intake (Injen, K&N, several others)
3) Exhaust Headers (Spyder)
4) Pulleys (AEM)
5) Nitrous System
Some other things that might marginally assist would be synthetic oil (Royal Purple), NGK perfomance plugs, NGK ignition wires, etc.
In terms of handling, your stock suspension and brakes are pretty good but you could always go with brembo or ebc rotors, hawk pads, etc.
It seems, IMHO, that most of the available performance parts that contribute to horse power and not appearance are only available with the 4V turbo.
If you're really hard core I've seen some posts with pictures of custom built V6 turbo's but frankly, my Kung Fu aint that good.
