3G Cracked dash...
 

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement black dash piece( the one closest to the front windshield) at? Mine is cracked pretty bad im guessin from the sun.

They all crack... or almost all do.. I have had 2 that did not but every other 3G owner I have ever met had a crack dash. It will likly happen again

If you race alot it will. launching mainly. always up near the windsheild

Yeah.. mine started near the windshield and is movin its way down now.

Mine is craked too, right in front of the windshield. I guess it is just a defect on some of them, my '03 spyder has barely 25,000 miles on it and is already cracked.

I wonder if you could take out the dash and make cuts in them so it wont crack, kinda like cutting concrete on stress points.

eric's 00 rs has 3 cracks from doing burnouts and such but hes never launched it.

I wonder if beefing up the front strut tower bar and adding a rear strut tower bar would decrease the amount of body flex, thus preventing dash cracking.
