Braking Vibration

First of all I love my 2001 Eclipse Spyder. It was a one owner car before me. Today I replaced the clutch assembly on the A/C, filled it with R134 and now have it working. The dealer replaced both sway bar joints before I bought it. My question is that I still have quite a bit of vibration under braking. It is more prominent under heavy braking. I am assuming I have a warped rotor but I also noticed some steering wheel vibration at high speeds (60 mph +). My question is this:

What have all of you other people had wrong that caused this same kind of problem ?

I have had the car into the dealer for an oil change and visual check and they saw nothing. Thanks for your responses.

Sounds like your rotors are warped. The dealer may have missed that becasue like you said its shakes at high speeds. Techs dont usually take a car up to those speeds on a roadtest.
