Dash light and Right tail light no longer working
 

I just installed an after market stereo in my sons car, after the installation was complete we noticed that the dash lights were no longer working, then we noticed that the right tail light was also no longer working. I went through and found a 7.5 blown fuse under the hood, this still did not fix the problem. I also took my test light to see if i had power to the tail light and there is no power getting to the tail light. The brake light works and it is the same light. There are no other blown fuses that i could find. The dash and tail lights worked prior to the stereo install. Are there any fuses under the dash somewhere that could have blown, Or any other possibilities? I appreciate any input i can get.

best bet is return wiring to pre installation condition and troubleshoot the problem from there if it doesn't go away. did you use a wiring harness made for your car? if not, scosche probably makes one. they are worth it. i think you can get one at wal mart or crutchfield.com

Back up and start over.....you messed something up.
