Default O2 sensor location & Idiot light replacement

I need to know the location of the O2 sensor that throws the following code:
P0141 O2 SENSOR HEATER BANK 1 SENSOR 2
This is a 2002 Eclipse GT 3.0 with 86,000 miles. I know this thing has 4 O2 sensors and I think I know which one is the culprit as I unhooked each of them and ran a scan to determine it through process of elimination.
Also ,whats the best way to access the idiot lights on the dash? Underneath or can a dash panel be removed ?I believe my check engine light is burned out.
This is my Daughters car and I'm planning on fixing it when she comes home from college on her holiday break as the emissions test needs to be done by the end of the year.

Default here you go

here you go, i had the same problem that senso is located on the back side of the exhaust manifold closet to the firewall, if you go underneath the car to the rear manifold you will see it it is kind of in a tight spot you will need a 7/8" open-end wrench for that

good luck

Default dash light

the dash can be removed to replace the bulb, it is the easie way to replace the bulb just a couple of screws
