Default oil pressure sensor and throttle problems

2001 Spyder GT Convertible V6

It appear the CEL code is telling me P0120(throttle sensor). I replaced the sensor and still show a CEL w/p0120. There is a hesitation in the acceleration when applying a load to the gas peddle. It is as if the car is pulling a trailer and will not allow any speed past 40mph. Could it be an O2 sensor? I also need to replace the oil pressure sensor. Could this be related? Where is the oil pressure sensor located?

If you replaced the tp sensor you probabaly have an issue with the wiring from the tp sensor down to the ecu.

The oil pressure sender is on the oil filter housing.
