Default Performance problem. Car runs 0-60 in 16 sec.

First of all, hello everybody. M first post here.

So I have two 3G Eclipse's. A 2001 GT and 2003 GS. MY GS ran pretty good before and then a few months ago I spet a couple of thousand dollars on getting the engine fixed so I could pass my cars inspection. Anyways, the Service Engine light turned off and the car passed, but I noticed something. The car lost a ton of power when accelerating. Me and one of my friends tested the 0-60 time on it, and it did it in 16.3 seconds the first time, and 15.9 the second time. Now I know the GS is not a rocket, but 16 seconds is bad.

Other things I noticed about it that when it is in high RPM's, my acceleration pedal starts to kind of vibrate, and the car starts making a weird noise that SERIOUSLY makes it sound like a lawn mower. It never did this stuff before I got it fixed I have taken it to get it checkd, but nobody seems to know what the problem is.

So what do you guys think? Does anyone on here have any idea about what it could be?

Check your TPS/APPS. Honestly, never had this happen on the 3g, but I used to have a Honda where there was an error with the TPS which would unknowingly engage TCS, which braked even though I accelerated. This could cause the vibration that you're feeling. Post a video?
