Default Window hitting top molding when door closes

I just started noticing this about a couple weeks back, the passenger door would not close properly because the window hits the top molding ever so slightly. I would have to either lightly press down on the doorsill while closing it, or roll the window down a little in order for the door to close without making a thudding sound and not closing. Upon closer inspection, the window doesn't seem to be misaligned, and the power window works fine. The top molding that it hits is in place and is firmly attached to the car frame. The door itself has not had any issues, I'd think that if anything, it would be a problem of the door sagging and not going the other way, as in this case. Perhaps there's some adjustment that needs made?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
