2009 Spyder, satellite radio won't activate
 

I've been trying to activate the satellite radio in my 09.

The guy at Sirius said that I should be hearing 'demo' audio on the channels even if the radio is not activated, but I don't hear anything.

I have it on channel 184 but it won't receive the activation signal.

Any ideas on what to check?
