I have an after market JVC stereo if my Spyder and it has a sub outlet.so installing a subwoofer was easy. One thing I did I`d like to share is running the remote wire to the amp on a toggle switch.. Some people don't like all the thumping so I can turn it off or on depending who I`m with. Also the sub box I installed was a MTX Sub with a Pioner Amp. AS you can see in the picture I cut the box down , reported it and let the speaker drop into the center of the spare tire. I covered the bottom of the speaker box with new trunk liner material and then used fiberglass resin ..
