2010 Lancer Cj Activ Bluetooth voice recognition
 

Are purchased a second hand 2010 Lancer,
when I went to connect bluetooth, it says masays devices added.
From there i have been trying to delete a device, i use the commands up until delete ok then when I say delete a phone, it go's silent and eventually voice recognition ends .
I've tried everything except trying to reset the stereo via battery disconnection (the last owner didn't supply the stereo anti theft code in manual) I also didn't know it was missingmissive learnt something worth this sale it's to check everytjing before sale!
Any help would be appreciated
