Default Australia - Triton GLX+ MY22 head Unit Problem

Hi, I have, a new to me, Triton GLX+ MY22. When connecting my phone via usb the head unit intermittently switches off, sometimes it does not recover fully. I have taken it to a dealership, they did a software update, but it happened on the way back home and every since still. Changing the cable and phone doesn't help. I was using the same cable and phone with an outlander and they had no issues, until I switched to the triton.

Anyone else having this sort of issue?

Hi Dibby, both the dealership and MMAL have stopped responding to dealing with the issue. I am going to take action, please let me know if you want me to keep you posted. Also if you know of other current or past owners that had the problem. Thanks

Find another dealer. There are hundreds of owners out here with useless radios.

Has anyone been able to get any fixes from Mitsubishi. I purchased a new Triton about 8mths ago (2023 model) and it has the worst display I have ever owned in a car. If I knew it was going to be this bad I would not have purchased the car. Problems as stated above. Screen is crap and you can't even see it with the glare. The response when using the touchscreen is ridiculous and the USB ports are so flimsy and weak with a terrible connection. Have taken the car in for a couple of services and complained but they did nothing. What are my options?
