Boulder, Colorado Anyone? w/ a Montero 92 sr v6
 

All I'm having an issue which is not really easy to solve. I crank but wont start. I have no spark. I think my trusty back yard mechanic followed this article roughly:
Part 1 -Distributor Tests: 3.0L Mitsubishi (90-94) No Spark No Start.

He installed a new distributor as all indications are I have a crank position sensor that failed. It didn't work. I wonder if I got a bad distributor. Anyone in Boulder or nearby that might want to debunk with me, or even better wanna swap out a distributor to test and see if that's the issue?
