why is that? they are german made actually. Interior is alittle chincy to me and the windows are tiny but the car is rather comfy and they can move pretty damn good and they do have alot of toys. ya know since they are Mr. Benz at heart sharing the same motor and some other extrasas the 320 SLK convert.

Not saying id ever buy one. but my dad did have one for a while and it was damn fun to drive and the handling was pretty damn good. Alot like driving a go kart

 

I im saying instead they need to make a Targa and get rid of the convert. have you ever look at one for a long time. they are so damn ugly in convert it really IMO ruins the car overall

 

gotcha, and yea i was never a real fan of the convertible 350's... but a targa would look pretty sweet

 

The 1g doesn't look bad as a convertible.

Isn't there a dsm tribute video for dsm's and I remember seeing a 1 gen convertable in the beginning?

yea me too... i dont know dsm1990, i looked up convirtable 1g eclipse, got nothing...

 

Here I found it its abt 3 min and 40 sec into it but it has a convertable 1gen.
