19t's still collecting dust 93 vr4

ive had this car for about 1 year now and still cant enjoy it. I even have upgrades like 19t's with supporting mods just collecting dust because i dont want to put that stuff on until i get the car running right. right now everything is stock. the car is running rich, it will boost up to about 5-10psi(stock Gage) when the engine is cold and then cut out, after it warms up it just cuts out after it gets to boosting. i can drive it as long as i keep it in vacuum after it is warmed. Ive exhausted all my knowledge and resources and search engines and dont know what else to do it is a 1993 3000GT VR4 77k miles ive put a new fuel pump, plugs, wires, coolant temp sensors both of them, rebuilt ecu, idle air sensor/motor,clutch, master cylinder, and probably some more that i cant even think of right now. ive tryed a boost leak test but cant find all the leaks. i just did a compression test on the front head and it came out to about 120psi on all 3 cylinders i haven't done the rear cylinders yet because i ordered a few gaskets i am going to replace on the throttle body from leaks that i found and i am waiting to get them. the oil is not milky and the coolant is not oily. i always thought that a bad head gasket would have 1 0r two cylinders low but now all of them.i dont know what else to do or what the equal low compression could mean. any help would be much appreciated.
