2004 Galant ES - Rough Idle when A/C is engaged !

I need help in figuring out what is going on with my Galant. It's been about three weeks now and I am having issues with the idle and stalling when the car comes to a stop when the a/c is engaged. The engine has 110k miles on it and I recently changed the spark plugs, pcv valve and air filter. Used Seafoam in engine and fuel tank to see if that helps. Does any one have any suggestions?

still having issues? fixed by now? have you replaced idle air control (IAC) yet? Mine is doing same. replaced IAC in May/June, solved it for about a month, now is back to stalling. So far am leaning towards possible carbon buildup in throttle body but not sure yet. Am on here going thru posts, seeing if I can find some answers. Good luck!
