I may be asking this question in the wrong place but any help would be appreciated. I know its expensive going through the dealership but at least I know it would work. Anyways, I want to get a Iphonecompatible cable for my 09 Eclipse GT (came with the rockford 6-disc player and audio system). The two offered through the dealership is a regular auxiliary cable that would plug in to the headphone jack of your device and then there is a actual ipod cable that would plug into the bottom of your ipod that would play music as well as charge. My question being is does anyone know if this ipod cable would work with a Iphone.

If you guys have any alternate ideas I would appreciate the help.
