2011 Triton key went through the wash now the ute won't start.
 

My missus put my pants through the washer with my keys in them and now the ute won't start. I am not very mechanically savvy so I believe it to just be an issue with the immobilizer in the key. The battery for the remote was rooted and I had to get a new one. The car will now lock and unlock but won't start.
