The passenger side rear running light is not on. The left side works fine.
But when I press the brakes the light works. For whatever reason the running light just doesn’t work. This is just on the rear passenger side tail light.

The bulb is new, wiring looks good, fuse is good. All of the other lights work fine. Can’t figure it out
