94 Mighty Max Head Help !

I have a 1994 Mighty Max 2.4L 4cyl it has a # 64 head, I need to replace it does anyone have one for sale ? Are there other years and heads that will work without alot of modifications. Please reply to blackmarlen@rocketmail.com
