hmm, okay, so im replacing my factory cd/radio deck with a pioneer, anyone know where i put the ground wire at?? or atleast the best possible place?? i will update with some pics later on as to where i have it now, just don't know if it's safe there or not...

you could also do is to find a Black wire some where in there in unwrap it exposing the lead and you can just wrap you radio's ground (black) wire to it. that's what i did and it worked perfect. hope it help

It's usually recommended (And easier) to just find a nut or bolt behind the radio that is connected to the dash/chassis. That's a 100% ground. Don't rely on using a "black" wire. Unless you KNOW it is a ground. Edaddik you were lucky I think. Like I said just be careful when stripping other wires you don't want to cause a fire hazard (They actually make a connector that slips onto a wire without having to strip it then you slips the other wire you want spliced in into the other part of it and it pierces BOTH wired without stripping and causing possible shorts). Just a few ideas for you. Good luck.
