I just got a 1995 Eclipse GS and the horn and the cigarette lighter dont work. I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem and if they could help. When i hit the horn button there is a clicking noise tho. THanks

for the horn check the fuse box under the hood in the engine bay. your cig lighter maybe your fuse by your feet check the cover of fuse box for location of box or use a test light and check all the fuses if the light dosent go on the fuse is blown.

The cigarette lighter was the fuze. But my dad doesnt think that the horn is the fuse. Is there anyway it could b disconnected or anything? (the 15w fuze was fine and the 12v fuze looked fine)

if the horn is making a clicking sound it must be the relay its located in the fuse box in the engine bay (its black and square it should say horn avertis in the box cover to show you the location.) the eclipse come with two horns one in each side of the front by the tires. if one became disconnected the other should still work but if your getting nothing you should first check where both connect and that's the relay. Take it out and bring it to your nearest parts store they should be able to match it up.
